4. Return Eligibility
For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
The product must not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Returns must include all original accessories and documentation.
5. Replacements & Exchanges

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you placed your order using Cash on Delivery, you will need to share your bank account details with us via email at contact@ralphdavinci.com. Your refund will be issued directly to the provided bank account.
