1. Return and Exchange Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to process returns.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the customer provides a product opening video without cuts, edits, or pauses. This video is essential to verify the condition of the item being returned.

3. Return and Exchange Process

• Exchange: Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired item.
• Return: To initiate a return, follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer service team at help@ralphdavinci.com to inform us of your intention to return an item.
  • Provide the product opening video as per our return eligibility requirements.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the product back to the company’s address and all the return charges are to be born by the customer.

4. Refund Process

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the following:

• Providing accurate and complete information during the return process.
• Packaging the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
• Covering the cost of return shipping.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
